With some nicer weather on the horizon, you’re probably wondering what you can do to nurture your garden back to life and ensure it is ready for you to use throughout spring and summer.
Of course, there are some obvious quick wins, like mowing the lawn and bringing out your patio furniture, but here are some more top tips to get you started.

Prepare your decking
If you have decking, you’re probably going to want to use it frequently over the next few weeks and months.
With that said, give it a clean, repair or replace any damaged or loose boards and apply a treatment oil if necessary.
Tidy up your flower beds
It’s a good idea to have a general tidy up of your garden, removing leaves and other debris from your flower beds and borders.
Cut back any old dead growth and remove the weeds and other nasties. This will instantly make your garden look more presentable.
Spring is also a great time to assess the condition of your lawn. If it needs a bit of help after the cold winter months then show it some love with MOOWY Lawn feed to get it back to full health in no time.
Add bird feeders
If you’re hoping to entice some new wildlife to your garden, why not add some feeders or even a bird bath or table?
For those of you with young children, watching birds come and go over the next few months will be exciting for them.
Check for damage
Give your fence and gate a once over to check for any damage that might have occurred during winter when the weather was harsher.
You may need to replace some fence panels, which is important if you have children or pets.
Add some colour
If your garden is fairly small and you have limited space for flower beds, you can add a splash of colour using lots of different plant pots.
They come in various shapes and sizes and can create a focal point in your garden. They are also easy to move around should you wish to create a new layout.
