Week two of Living arrows already, and I feel like I’ve not really got started yet this year.
I’m still not feeling well after coming down with a flu-type bug on new year’s eve, and I’ve sort of been in survival mode rather than get-stuff-done mode!
But, we did manage to get a big job done at the weekend.
We put up bunk beds in Rhys and Nerys’ bedroom.
They were so, so excited when they came home from Nana and Pops’ house to find these set up in their bedroom.
Straight away they were both up that ladder to check out the view from the top bunk.
Every now and then I think it would be nice to have a bigger house, where they could each have their own room. And as they get older that is something we’ll need to sort out. But for now, they both seem to love being in a room together.
And it’s so nice to hear them up there chatting away to each other.
Even though Athena and Troy have a room each they spend most weekends having sleepovers in each other’s bedrooms! They would love to have bunks and your photo is great – I’m sure they’ll have a great time in their new beds x

I think there are so many bugs going round at the moment, lots of people seem to be in zombie mode! I’m just about emerging from it now! x
What a cute picture! My sister and I shared bunk beds when we were little. We used to love chatting away to each other! We didn’t get our own rooms until we were teenagers and then it felt quite strange being in a room alone! I’m sure your two will love it! x
