‘Show you were there’ round up (week six)

Another week gone, and onto another round up of the photos I’ve loved seeing over on instagram using #ShowYouWereThere.

It’s been a bit of a quiet week over in my little community, so I think a good dose of promotion is in order to get more people aware of, and using, the hashtag.  So I apologise in advance if you keep seeing me pop up on Facebook and Twitter talking about it!

For now though, onto my favourite photos from this week:

Priorities well in order today 🙊💫 Joseph for sure made me do it today! As much as I love my child more than life, my god has he been whiny today! You know the days where you put them to bed a little earlier than they should be 🙊 Mama is tiiiired!!! __________________________________ (Scheduled Post) __________________________________ #sgiew #thisparentlife #themagicofchildhood #toddlerdays #honestmotherhood #letthemplay #mumsthatslay #themeinmummy #momentsofhygge #lionessmama #beinthepicture #capturemypositive #showyouwerethere #lifestyleblog #vino #winepic #instagood #londonlife #springtime #toddlermademedoit #meandmineproject #toddlerfun #toddlermom #ukparentblogger #our_everyday_moments #saturdayfun #weekendvibe #weekendgoals

A big thank you to Kayleigh from Little B and me, Jax from Jax and Joseph, Carla from Random thoughts of a twenty something and Susie from This is me now for joining in this week, I really loved seeing your photos and would love to see you again next week!  I’ve enjoyed seeing a mix of photos this week, and while I love seeing people’s faces in #ShowYouWereThere photos, I also love the use of the hashtag in photos that show a bit of who people are in other ways!

Now my turn.

I’ll be honest here and admit I’ve not been great this past week at getting in photos.  We were all quite busy and generally tired with it being the last week of term.  But one evening before the children went to bed I did hand the camera over to Steve for him to take a quick snap of me with Rhys and Nerys.

Show you were there round up 6

It may just be us, giggling, cwtching up before bed, but these are the moment I hope the children remember when they’re older.  These are the moments I’m pleased we have photos of.  These normal, everyday moments.  They’re all part of our story.

If you’d like to take part and possibly be featured in my next round up (with a nice link back to your blog!) then just share a photo of yourself over on instagram using #ShowYouWereThere.  It’s all about getting more parents in more photos.  And if you’d like to take part in my guest post series ‘The photo I’m thankful for‘ then take a look at this post or email me at thisgloriouslife@gmail.com for more information.
