This weekend we all headed down to Swansea Bay to watch Rhys run in the children’s 1k race with his Nana.
The race takes place every year before the big Swansea Bay 10k race, and this is the second time that Rhys has taken part.
We are all so proud of him; he ran the whole way and judging by the look on his race when he ran past us he had great fun!
He has so much energy this boy, he was still running around the prom after he’d finished!
We did manage to get him to sit still for a few minutes though, to have a drink and a snack. And I took the opportunity to take a couple of photos of him and Nerys together.
I take quite a lot of photos of my two children separately, but have realised that I don’t actually have that many of them together. I’m pretty pleased with these photos though!

They wind each other up something chronic at times but, oh, there is so much love between these two. Just look at the way Nerys is looking at her big brother!

Now I just have to make a note to myself to sit these two together for photos more often!
