Living arrows 28/52 and 29/52

So, tonsillitis is fun isn’t it?!

No, no it’s really not!

I used to get it a couple of times a year when I was younger, and then gradually I got it less and less.  But this past fortnight I’ve been hit again.  And it’s been blooming miserable.

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have my husband and my in-laws to help me out, because I basically just stopped.

Which meant that I didn’t get round to posting a Living Arrows photo last week.  So I’m playing catch up again and doing two weeks in one today.

First up is my wonderful, funny girl.  She was an absolute star when I really felt poorly; happily playing with her toys and watching Frozen so I could get some rest.  And this gorgeous smile of hers really did help cheer me up!

Secondly is my big boy, almost at the end of his first year of full-time school.  And this photo just sums up perfectly the way our afternoons often go after school.  The ipad balanced on his lap, playing random youtube videos of people opening toys, and legs covered in mud from playtime well-spent playing in the dirt.

I hope you’re feel better now hon. Lovely captures! I can see how the one of your daughter cheered you up, it’s such a beautiful happy picture. The one of your son is equally beautiful as it sums up a happy childhood. Xx #livingarrow

I love the grubby knees! Such a symbol of childhood – both such perfect photos. I hope you’re feeling better and that tonsilitis stays away for a while!
